The "Nuts'n Bolts" of the Purification Program
at CDA DETOX

	We have two saunas: a two person one and an eight person one. They use infrared heating, so they are "dry" saunas. Infrared heat penetrates deeper and faster then conventional sauna heating elements.

We're in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. About 100 miles North is Canada - 30 miles West is Spokane, WA and Montana is East a bit. The nearest international airport is 45 minutes west, and Amtrak has a train station in downtown Spokane.

Whether you golf, snow ski, fish, hunt, swim, or just relax, this is the place. Area population is about 50,000, with shopping malls, lots of neat stores, a beautiful downtown section and lots of quality places to eat.

CDA DETOX is in the same building as Survival Enterprises. We have a special area, built according to the exact specs necessary for a professional delivery of the Purification Program. Our clients will have a homey atmosphere to detox in, while under the care of trained professionals.

The cost to do the complete Purification Program is $3,200.00 USD. This is paid prior to arrival.

1) Upon arrival, you will receive a checkup by a doctor (included in our fee) that will determine if you're healthy enough to proceed onto the Purification Program. If you aren't able to immediately start the program, you'll be given a course of action that will get you to the point you can start our program.

2) If you haven't located housing accommodations before arrival here, we'll help you find a hotel/motel. There are also some fine RV parks in the area, so you can bring your trailer or camper!

3) If you haven't received and read "CLEAR BODY - CLEAR MIND" you'll be given a copy (included in our fee). You will need to read this book BEFORE you actually start the Program, and you'll be re-reading it a few times as reference while you're on the program.

4) You'll decide what your schedule will be. The first week, you'll need to be here 3 hours a day. As soon as you're able to, you'll be jumped to 5 hours a day. The Purification Program is 7 days a week, and you MUST be here every day until you've finished the Program. Generally, from start to finish is from 3 to 4 weeks. Some people are quicker and some take a bit longer. There is NO extra charge if you take a bit longer to finish.

5) Before actually starting, you'll be tested on the nutritionals you'll be taking (included in our fee), to "fine tune" your progress, so as to reduce any possibilities of allergic reactions caused by the nutritionals themselves.

6) Once all the paperwork is done, you'll start on the Purif as soon as possible.

7) You'll show up at the agreed-upon time, ready to go. First, you'll be given your nutritionals for the day (included in our fee). After you take the dose required for that time, you'll change into your "workout" clothes (usually the same thing you'll be wearing in the sauna - like a swimming suit or a pair of cutoffs) and start on the treadmill for the 30 minutes of walking/running necessary to get your metabolism moving.

8) After your light workout, you'll head to the sauna. You'll stay in the sauna for the rest of your time, taking breaks every 15 to 30 minutes, or as directed by the Purif Supervisor. You'll be drinking plenty of healthy, pure water during your sauna time, to keep you hydrated.

9) Your progress will be closely monitored, making sure all your nutritional needs are met. Any questions you might have will be answered professionally, courteously and quickly. All reference material will be available for you to read at all times.

10) Showers can be taken at any time (to cool you off) and, when finished for the day, you can shower using our hypoallergenic soap (included in our fee).

11) At the end of each session, you'll fill out a "Daily Report" of what nutritionals you took, how you did that day, how you feel about your progress and any questions you may have.

Your Daily Reports go to a trained Case Supervisor (CS) nightly (included in our fee), whose sole job is to make sure you're doing as well as you possibly can and that you're getting the most benefits possible from the Purification Program.

12) You'll need to make sure you have running shoes/tennis shoes (for the tread mill), flip-flop/sandals (to wear in the sauna and walking around the Purif area), and a swim suit/shorts for wearing in the sauna.

You should also bring any meals you intend to eat during the day. We will provide healthy snacks like cut up vegetables, juices, organic popcorn, etc (included in our fee).

You'll be given a stainless steel, insulated, water bottle (included in our fee) to use during each session to help you drink lots of pure, filtered water (included in our fee).
